About Our Services

Rock Line Roofing provides residential and commercial roofing services across Dallas and the surrounding DFW area, including roof repair, roof replacement, leak repair, emergency tarping, storm and hail damage work, flat and TPO roofing, metal roofing, multifamily roofing, inspections, maintenance, coatings, and gutter and flashing services.

The information on our website is meant to give you a general idea of what we do. Actual scope, materials, timeline, and pricing for any project depend on what we see during an in-person inspection.

Estimates

Any estimate we provide is based on what we can see and assess at the time of inspection. Roofs can hide surprises — older underlayment, hidden water damage, soft decking, or issues that only show up once we start the work. If we find something that changes the scope of the job, we’ll talk to you about it before moving forward.

Estimates are valid for a reasonable period of time and may be updated if material prices change, the project scope shifts, or significant time passes between the estimate and the start of work.

Scheduling & Appointments

When you request an inspection, repair, or any other service through our website, by phone, or by email, we’ll do our best to schedule it at a time that works for you. We typically confirm appointments by phone, text, or email.

Weather plays a big role in roofing work, especially in the DFW area. Storms, high winds, rain, or extreme heat may force us to reschedule for safety reasons. If that happens, we’ll get in touch as soon as we can to set up a new time.

Emergency & Storm Response

We do our best to respond quickly to emergency roofing calls, especially after storms or sudden leaks. That said, during major weather events in North Texas, our schedule can fill up fast and response times may be longer than usual. We’ll always be upfront with you about timing.

Emergency tarping and similar temporary measures are meant to limit further damage until a proper repair or replacement can be completed. They aren’t a permanent fix.

Payment Expectations

Payment terms are spelled out in the written estimate or work agreement for your specific project. Generally, you can expect a deposit or scheduling payment, with the balance due upon completion. Some larger projects may follow a milestone schedule.

We accept common payment methods and will discuss the details before any work begins. If you’re working with an insurance claim for storm or hail damage, we’re happy to coordinate with your adjuster, but the agreement and payment responsibility ultimately stays with you as the property owner.

Service Availability

Our services are available throughout Dallas and the wider DFW area. If you’re outside our normal service zone, give us a call — we may still be able to help or refer you to someone reliable.

We can’t always guarantee same-day availability, and certain services may be limited based on weather, materials, crew schedules, or the size of the project. We’ll always let you know what’s realistic upfront.
