Any estimate we provide — whether casually over the phone, in writing after an inspection, or as a ballpark number on a service page — is based on the information we have at the time. It is not a fixed price or a guarantee.

Things like hidden water damage, deteriorated decking, code requirements, material price changes, or surprises uncovered during the work can change the final cost. We’ll always walk you through any change in scope or pricing before moving forward.

Roof Inspections

A roof inspection is a visual assessment based on what we can safely see and access at the time of the visit. It isn’t a destructive test, and it can’t reveal every possible issue inside a roof assembly.

Hidden problems — like moisture in insulation, slow leaks behind walls, or damage under intact shingles — may not always be visible during a standard inspection. We do our best to identify concerns and bring them to your attention, but no inspection can promise a 100% complete picture of a roof’s condition.

Storm & Hail Damage

Storm damage in the DFW area can look very different from one roof to the next. Two homes on the same street can come out of the same storm with completely different damage based on roof age, slope, materials, tree cover, and the direction the storm came from.

Anything we share about storm or hail damage on our website is general information based on common patterns we see in North Texas. It shouldn’t be used as a substitute for a proper inspection of your specific roof, especially when an insurance claim might be involved.

Emergency Response & Tarping

We do our best to respond quickly when roofing emergencies come up. After major storms or large-scale weather events in the DFW area, response times can be longer than usual because of how many calls come in at once.

Emergency tarping and other temporary protections are meant to limit further damage until a proper repair can be done. They are not permanent fixes and may not stop every leak in every situation. Please follow up with a full repair or replacement as soon as it’s reasonable to do so.

Warranties

Any warranty that applies to your roofing project will be spelled out in the written agreement or paperwork for that specific job. This may include a workmanship warranty from our team and a separate manufacturer warranty on the materials used.

Nothing on this website should be read as a warranty, guarantee, or promise about the lifespan of a roof, the performance of a material, or the outcome of a project. Warranties have specific terms, limits, and exclusions that only apply to your actual project paperwork.

Insurance Claims

We’re glad to help walk you through how a storm or hail damage claim typically works, and we often coordinate with insurance adjusters during the process. That said, we are not an insurance company, and we don’t decide whether a claim will be approved, denied, or how it will be paid out.
